Position: System Analyst - RIMS
Location: Remote.
Job ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive analysis of existing applications (C#, VB.NET, ASP, SQL, Angular) to understand functionality, business logic, and data flow.
Document current application architecture, including modules, components, and dependencies.
Identify and document integrations or touchpoints with other systems or applications, outlining data exchanges and integration methods.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Provide recommendations for improving system efficiency, performance, and scalability based on analysis findings.
Create detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams, flowcharts, and integration maps.
Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with architectural guidelines.
Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes or enhancements to ensure minimal disruption to existing systems.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
RequiredSkills and Experience Required:
Proven experience (5 years) as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on analyzing C#, VB.NET and ASP applications.
Strong proficiency in C#, VB.NET and ASP programming languages.
In-depth knowledge of system analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data mapping.
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server preferred) and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
Ability to create technical documentation and diagrams using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
Knowledge of health care industry
Able to perform gap analysis of code
Able to perform reverse engineering of code
DesiredCertifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA) for project management and software development
Key Technology: C#, VB.NET, ASP
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
