Role Description

As a full-time Customer Service Representative at Techmaster, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer support and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will involve interacting with customers and collaborating with our professional outside sales representatives. By processing orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns, you’ll contribute to a positive customer experience. Your ability to provide timely and accurate information, leveraging reference materials, websites, and supplier resources, will be crucial in delivering effective solutions to our valued customers.

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic computer, word processing, e-mail, and internet skills are required
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
• Experience in the industrial automation distribution, fluid power, mechatronics, robotics, or structural framing industry is a plus
