Role: Administrative Assistant II

Description:
Performs administrative and office support activities for Director of Operations at the CMC. Duties may include organizing meetings, creating project plans and MS office materials (e.g. PowerPoint or Word documents). Skills in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software required. Internet research abilities are also important. Staff in this category may also have the title of dept. asst, coordinator or associate. Past experience scheduling meetings/interviews/attention to detail is critical. Must have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) as well as excellent organization skills 2-4 years of experience.These are the requirements we confirmed today:

• Individual who can be on site at the Plainsboro location of the CMC (105 building) every day
• Must have at least 2 years work experience, preferably 3-4
• Very comfortable with MS Office especially PPT, Word and Outlook
• Great positive attitude and a desire to get things done
• Highly organized and some experience with project management
• Preference of college degree though not essential - minimum of GED/High School Diploma
• Preference to have some experience working with hourly employees

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
