Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Market Director - Marketing & Communications to lead our comprehensive communication and engagement strategies. This role is pivotal in managing internal and external communications, community engagement, and ensuring all marketing activities align with our brand's message and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies, including internal communications, public relations, earned media, owned media, sponsorships, and community events.
• Coordinate advertising and paid media strategies, with an emphasis on targeted digital media and engagement campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with corporate and local teams to ensure all advertisements, communications, collateral materials, and activities accurately reflect and support the brand's message.
• Manage internal and external communications to enhance community engagement and brand visibility.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of related experience in communications, marketing, or public relations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies.
• Strong background in coordinating advertising and paid media strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in an acute care facility, is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in driving patient acquisition and growth through effective marketing strategies.
