Job Summary
The HR Manager for Daytona is responsible for the day-to-day human resource function for Technetics Semi, a division of the Advanced Surface Technologies segment of Enpro. These functions include all aspects of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, training and developing, policy and procedure alignment, compensation, payroll, performance management and compliance with state and federal laws. The role will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate a culture focused on safety, respect, and business excellence. The ideal candidate will thought partner, coach, and collaborate to bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to the organization.
