In this role, you will…
- Act as primary customer interface/contact.
- Develop project plans, objectives, and strategies for beverage-related initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans for successful project execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including members from marketing, production, R&D, and supply chain, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and motivate team members to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct regular meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and expenses to ensure efficient utilization.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely acquisition of necessary materials or ingredients.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
- Conduct post-project reviews to analyze outcomes, identify lessons learned, and apply insights to future projects.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Communications
- Proven experience facilitating technical discussions and outlining project details both internally and externally
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad
- Ability to manage mechanical and electrical contractors on site
- Self-motivated multi-tasker with a strong attention to detail
- Willing and able to travel 10% domestic US and Canada as necessary for project requirements to include but not be limited to: site walks, contractor bid walks, project installation and start-up activities, client meetings, company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, or conventions, etc.
