About The Job
- Take a leading role managing the design and delivery of complex large-scale transportation projects across Texas.
- Oversee other project managers to ensure project completion and compliance.
- Responsible for overall budgeting, scheduling, planning and resource allocation.
- Lead business development to win new projects and support contract bidding.
- Develop relationships with clients and partners such as TxDOT.
- Train and coach more junior team members to help improve performance.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
- 8 years transportation design & project management experience.
- Approximate salary range of $140,000 – $200,000.
