TECHNICAL RESOURCES INT'L is Hiring a Clinical Trial Budget Specialist Near Bethesda, MD
Job Description:
Collect, maintain, and update bidding tools and data library to accurately forecast and prepare budgets.
Develop and revise clinical trials budgets for industry sponsored clinical studies as per protocol and study timelines.
Serve as the client’s primary point of contact and participate in capture and bid defense budget-related presentations and meetings.
Review request for proposal (RFP) and protocol information to ensure we have adequate information for budget preparation.
Organize and lead meetings to facilitate budget review by leadership.
Communicate, coordinate, and negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
Finalize documents for distribution to the client, perform quality control to ensure accuracy, proper formatting, and conformity with project requirements and discussions with client.
Contribute to technical proposals and writing Q&As.
Show proficiency in managing multiple projects and clients with competing priorities.
Job Requirements:
Master’s degree: life science degree or MBA would be an advantage.
2-4 years of similar work experience.
Solid knowledge of the CRO industry.
Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
Ability to solve problems creatively and thrive when presented with a challenge.
Self-motivated, self-directed, and detail-oriented professional who can work independently and within a team environment to accomplish goals.
Outstanding follow-up, organizational, and communication skills.
Advanced Proficiency in Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve high-quality results.
