In this role, you will be responsible for designing and drafting mechanical drawings for large bulk material handling equipment. You will be creating drawings in both 2D and 3D, interpreting technical reports, assisting in drawing edits and changes, interacting with clients and vendors, and mentoring junior designers as needed.
This role is a 6-8 month contract that could get extended. No remote work is available.
Pay: /- $50/hr
Requirements
- Technical Degree in Drafting, a plus
- Minimum of 10 years experience in AutoCAD design
- Minimum of 5 years experience in bulk material handling or similarly large sized equipment, required
- Experience in Advance Steel, SolidWorks, or Inventor, a plus
