- Role: QA Automation Engineer
- Experience: 6-9 years
- Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Duration: 12 Months Contract
- Minimum 5 years in Technology, focusing on QA, with proven skills in writing test cases, conducting functional, automated, and performance tests, and managing defects.
- Provide guidance on Automation test strategy.
- Proficiency in unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, web service testing, and browser compatibility testing.
- Experience in Test Automation covering functional, security, and system-level tests.
- Proficiency with Automation Testing Tools and Technologies, including RESTful APIs, Java, Rally, Maven, Junit, Eclipse IDE, JMeter, Jenkins, Selenium, and Python.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Agile at scale (SAFe), rapid application development, and Waterfall SDLC.
- Capability to deliver in Continuous Deployment (CD) and Continuous Integration (CI) environments.
- Coding skills across various platforms are advantageous.
- Certification in QAI, ASQ, IIST, ISEB, or ISTQB is a plus.
- Adaptive learning of new technologies and techniques.
- Up-to-date with current industry research and technology.
- Emphasizes collaboration for achieving objectives.
- Influential in team enhancements and continuous improvements.
- Demonstrates analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication.
- Ability to quickly grasp new technology and business domains, challenge conventions, and innovate.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration, coupled with relevant work experience.
