Job Title: IT Director

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our IT department, managing all technical services except VoIP and AV. This role includes overseeing IT solutions for both internal and external customers, covering Microsoft services, software, routing/switching, CoLo, cloud services, IT security, and vCIO duties. The IT Director ensures security, reliability, and strong client relationships through direct involvement or team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Level 3 Ticket Resolution: Oversee and resolve high-level technical issues, coordinating with team members and manufacturers as needed.
• Help Desk and Operations Management: Direct the Help Desk Manager and Operations Managers in Austin and San Antonio.
• New Technology Evaluation: Assess and approve new products, ensuring they meet company and client needs.
• IT Security Management: Oversee security measures for both company and client systems, including scans, patching, and policy management.
• Employee Training and Development: Ensure IT staff are well-trained, knowledgeable, and have clear career paths.
• Sales Engineering: Support IT-related sales projects, attend customer meetings, and ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Recruitment: Assist in interviewing and testing new IT personnel to ensure skill and team fit.
