Technology Talent Network has a client in search of a talented Business Analyst.
Job Duties:
Translate business needs into technical terms for IT
Process mapping
Gathering requirements
Documenting and understanding data process flows
Systems analysis
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with query tables (SQL)
Details design documents and specs
Ability to talk to a lot of different people, ask qualifying questions, organized and focused, interview business partners, meet with people from the Business and IT teams to translate requirements
Business Analyst will be able to:
Quickly learn and understand business processes
Learn and understand key metrics for given processes
Act as an advisor to ensure metric alignment with strategic goals and desired behaviors
Map requirements to data readiness (work closely with IT)
Map requirements to data visualization such as Report Mockups
Prepare requirement artifacts like RSM, Data Elements, Use-case, scenarios, Report Mockups, etc.
