Our events team focuses on creating exceptional experiences for both clients and attendees. The Events Coordinator is responsible for developing strategic ideas for event themes, topics, and client-centric needs in the United States. They will work closely with clients on all aspects of the event planning cycle. This role requires an experienced person in both live and virtual events, with a balanced focus on both. Understanding how to position each appropriately and manage both efforts is crucial. We need a client-facing individual who understands the importance of delivering a great client and attendee experience while also staying on budget. All details are meticulously curated and executed.

What you'll do
  • Develop strategic ideas for event themes, topics, and client-centric needs.
  • Collaborate with clients on all aspects of the event planning cycle, from initial concept to post-event analysis.
  • Manage and execute both live and virtual events, with a balanced focus on both.
  • Ensure all events are positioned appropriately and managed effectively.
  • Deliver a great client and attendee experience while staying within budget.
  • Meticulously curate and execute all event details.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the event planning process.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on their needs and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event offerings.
Who you are
  • At least 1 year of experience in event management, with experience in both live and virtual events.
  • Excellent communication skills through various digital communication platforms including Slack, email, and over the phone.
  • Strong organizational and timeline management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the United States as needed.

Salary RangeTechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.
Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
Annual pay range
$48,000—$50,000 USD
