Role: C919 EPGS Software Developer - Power and Control

Job Location: Rockford, IL (Onsite)

Type: Contract

Job Description:

· Domain knowledge of Electrical Power Generation and Distribution (EPGS).

· Experience in development of Software Requirements form system requirements

· Experience in design and code using C Language and Matlab models

· Experience in tools DOORS, Synergy CM and CR

· Experience in protocols ARINC429, CAN, RS-232 and TTP

· Experience with design, development, and maintaining of flight-critical embedded software as per DO-178B/C guidelines.

Skills we value:

· Knowledge of main microcontroller PPC 5554 and Digital Signal Processor

· Knowledge of micro HSIT, SITE and Emulator test methods

· Knowledge of Stack, Memory and Timing analysis

· Knowledge of Data and Control Coupling analysis

· Knowledge of D0-178B/C, DO-200, and DO-330 certification processes

· Aerospace knowledge and experience.

Basic Qualifications:

· BA/BS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics

· MA/MS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.

· Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics with 8 years of prior relevant experience OR

· An Advanced Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics with 5 years of relevant

experience is required.

· In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required

· Minimum Program Qualifications

· Be on a career break of one or more year at time of application

· Have prior experience in functional area of interest

· Have interest in returning in either a full-time or part-time position
