Position: Program Manager- Level 1

Location: Redmond, WA // Remote

Skills Required Years of Experience

1. Familiar with Azure Dev Ops (will be using this in their entire role) and having a deep understanding of ADO is a huge plus

2. 2 Years of Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, Chart generation, etc).

3. Familiar with Outlook or Scheduling Software as this candidate will be managing a lot of Meetings in the PM role.

We're looking for a Program Manager Non Tech 1 to help drive our team's agile processes, product requirements, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Agile backlog grooming in Azure DevOps
• Organize and lead key agile meetings such as sprint retrospectives, bug triage, and user acceptance testing
• Helpdesk support and analysis / prioritization of customer issues / delegation to other team members
• Feature specification and program management
• Testing new builds
• Team rhythm and scheduling
• Coordination with the taxonomy team and account manager
• Preparing monthly business reviews with team's key performance indicators

Required qualifications

• Experience with agile, and grooming backlogs in bug and work tracking tools like Azure DevOps
• Excel skills (using formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Detail oriented, organized, and thorough
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle complex tasks effectively
• Self-motivated

Preferred qualifications

• Computer programming or computer science qualification or experience.
• Experience in product or program management leading feature specification through engineering lifecycle.
• Experience navigating and driving complex business, approvals, and compliance processes.
