Role Description

This is a contract role for a System Engineer with Cabin knowledge. The System Engineer will be responsible for systems engineering, troubleshooting, system administration, technical support, and systems design. The role is an on-site position located in Everett, WA.

Skills:

• System Engineer with Cabin Experience knowledge
• C , C, Python, Linux, Networking
• Knowledge/experience in containerization - Dockers
• Familiarity with Network systems, TCP/IP, VLAN
• Skilled with performing troubleshooting on software & hardware
• Self-motivated, critical thinker with strong technical background
• Excellent debugging skills
• Solid programming skills
• Familiarity with GIT repositories

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Cabin System Design: Design, develop, and implement cabin systems, including in-flight entertainment (IFE), Video Surveillance System, connectivity solutions, lighting controls, environmental controls, and other related systems.
• Networking Integration: Integrate cabin systems with existing aircraft networks, ensuring seamless communication and compatibility with onboard systems.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support for cabin systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions wherever required.
• System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, optimize performance and reliability of cabin systems.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system diagrams, ICD, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides for cabin systems.
