Major Deliverables / Job Profile
- Designs, improves, and integrated manufacturing systems which use people, materials, information, equipment, and energy.
- Research and test design ideas to determine feasibility, utilizing lean manufacturing, kaizen, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis to formulate and support innovation, corrective actions, and improvements
- Understands ergonomic concepts by applying ergonomic standards, guidelines, controls and tools
- Identify opportunities for preventing waste and inefficiency during production
- Layout & Process validation (Plant and Shop)
- Cycle time analysis, creation & validation
- Experience in Siemens - Process Simulate software
- MOST analysis to perform Manpower calculation
- Line balancing with MTM analysis
- Facility layout study and Bottleneck Analysis for the system capacity
- Experience of Industrial & Plant Engineering projects of Global OEMs & Tier1s.
- Layout & Workstation design
- Line balancing & manpower allocation with MTM analysis
- Ergonomic analysis
- Process documents and work instructions
- Good in Communication in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in tools like Siemens Process Simulate, Microstation
- Education:
- Bachelors in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
- 5-7 years
