• Seasoned with Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Good understanding of Procurement , Facilities, Security and Travel processes
• Strong network of vendors and service providers with extraordinary vendor mgmt skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task & prioritize work
• Hands on to detail and problem solving skills
• Should have some experience in basic IT support.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• A creative mind with proactive process improvisation approach
• Self-motivated and ability to independently drive the admin initiatives
• Good knowledge of local compliances
• Proficiency in MS Office , Communication ( Written & Verbal )
• Mange calendar, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
• Should help with Calendar/Travel/Expenses Management of the business Leaders
• Make travel arrangements
• Ready to work in multiple time zones
