Our client in Austin is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Agents! We’re looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team and help our clients achieve the best customer service experience to their customers!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat.
2. Operations Support: Assist in streamlining operations and suggesting improvements.
3. Innovative Thinking: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate customer service strategies.
4. Organization: Efficiently manage various tasks and projects without compromising quality.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
6. Knowledge Development: Continuously update product, service, and policy knowledge.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and generate reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Call Center or Contact Center background (metrics and KPIs)
- Troubleshooting
- Navigate systems (email (gSuite) office suite, internal CRM (salesforce, TCAM (homegrown), zen desk, HubSpot, NetSuite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a knack for innovative thinking.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Bilingual required (Spanish or Portuguese/English)
