We are looking for experienced commercial roofing sheet metal foreman in Fruitland, MD!
Pay starting at $28/hr BOESe habla Espaol!Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal Foreman SummaryResponsible for fabrication and installation of all sheet metal on various commercial roof systems. You will be working with the roofing crew to complete all aspects of assigned job including tear-off of existing gutters and coping cap, installations, and other tasks assigned
Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal Foreman Responsibilities
  • 5 years commercial experience sheet metal roofing.
  • Must be able to do copper, solder, and operate a auto break
  • Experience with standing seam metal roof system, metal wall panel system, plate and ACM metal wall panel systems.
  • Experience in single-ply membrane systems.
  • Supervisory or management experience is preferred
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing, kneeling
  • Must be able to climb a ladder 40'
  • Must be able to work in the heat and sub-zero cold
  • No fear of heights
  • Must work well in a team environment
Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 2 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
  • A valid driver's license
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly
  • Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
  • Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
  • Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
  • Technology savvy
Working Conditions
  • Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
  • Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds
