JOB SUMMARY: As an Electrical Journeyman, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components, including wiring, conduits, lighting, generators, control systems, etc.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently
- Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes and regulations
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with team and with clients
- Mentor and supervise apprentices
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Must possess a valid Journeyman Electrician License
- Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations
- Proven ability to work independently and reliably
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Eagerness to learn and grow with the company
