Tecton is Hiring a Regional Property Manager Near Renton, WA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a small portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-site management or a regional manager role. This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple properties within the assigned portfolio.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency.
  • Oversee property budgets, financial reports, and leasing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Lead and mentor on-site property managers and staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Handle resident complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-site property management or a regional manager role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple properties successfully.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with property budgets and financial reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e-site preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal property management regulations.
  • YARDI experience required
  • Real Estate license preferred.
