Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the food industry and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Square POS system

- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards

- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen

- Assist with keeping the dining area clean and organized

- Follow all safety and food handling procedures

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
