The base salary range is $35000 to $45000 based on experience. First year commissions are expected to average $2500 to $5000.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Assistance: Assist customers with policy inquiries, updates, and claim submissions.
Policy Management: Maintain accurate records of policy changes, renewals, and coverage options.
Claims Processing: Facilitate the claims process by gathering necessary information and guiding clients through each step.
Client Communication: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address their concerns and provide solutions.
Client Retention: Build rapport with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty to Ted Wilder State Farm.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless service and support to clients.
RequirementsLicensing: Active North Carolina insurance license is a bonus, but NOT required!
Experience: Previous sales experience is NOT required
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance-related roles is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism in dealing with clients and colleagues.
