Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of physical disabilities.

Setting : Outpatient center

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs and develop treatment plans.

• Provide physical therapy treatments to patients.

• Educate patients and their families on physical therapy treatments and exercises.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed.

• Document patient care services.

• Maintain patient confidentiality.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist.

• Will accept newly Licensed

• Full or Part Time, flexible schedule
