Job Description
Physical Therapist
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of physical disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs and develop treatment plans.
Provide physical therapy treatments to patients.
Educate patients and their families on physical therapy treatments and exercises.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed.
Document patient care services.
Maintain patient confidentiality.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist
Min 1 year of experience
Contract Role:
Outpatient facility
40 hour guarantee
Start Date: ASAP
Monday-Friday
Contract duration: 13 weeks
