Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in direct community interactions to provide information and services related to enrollment brokerage, addressing both group and individual needs.

• Deliver information on various healthcare options to recipients and offer assistance in navigating their healthcare plans.

• Collaborate with fellow representatives to handle daily administrative responsibilities.

• Contribute to the onboarding process of new team members by assisting in their training and providing guidance.

• Foster positive connections with local authorities, community organizations, and clients.

Qualifications:

• Completion of high school, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a quick learner of new software.
• Typing speed exceeding 20 words per minute.
• Willingness to travel within the county and neighboring areas, holding a valid CA driver’s license and insurance.
• Past engagement in presenting or public speaking roles (such as teaching, marketing, community outreach, education, or public relations) preferred.
• Capability to deliver information interactively, demonstrating cultural and linguistic competence in Spanish.
