Position: Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator
Hourly Rate: $61.00
Shift: Second Shift
Location: Flagstaff, AZ
Duration: 1 Year Contract

Position Summary: This role is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing a multi-disciplinary, Medicare-certified skilled nursing facility. The goal is to ensure the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leadership and financial management of the facility.

• Ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.

• Development and implementation of goals, objectives, programs, and policies.

• Compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Building collaborative relationships with federal and state agencies, Veteran Service Organizations, and community groups.

• Implementing and monitoring Arizona Management System (AMS) methods for continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the administration of skilled nursing facilities.

• Valid Arizona Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator License.

• Current TB Test.

• Current license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator in Arizona.

• Valid driver’s license and Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or a closely related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Knowledge of federal and state laws governing the operations.

• Frequent in-state travel may be required.
