Contract Day Shift Registered Nurse (RN) in Phoenix - Long Term Care.

Position Details:

• Role: Registered Nurse (RN).

• Location: Veterans Home in Phoenix.

• Shift: Day Shift: 6am-6pm.

• Schedule: Casual at first with opportunity for full-time hours within 2 months

• Duration: 2 year assignment.

Requirements:

• Active RN license issued by the state of Arizona.

• Minimum 2 years of LTC or skilled nursing experience.

• Fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

• Valid driver's license (may be required for State duty).

• Current negative TB skin test (Mantoux skin test) within the last 6 months OR a written statement from a physician, physician's assistant, or a registered nurse practitioner indicating freedom from tuberculosis (if previously tested positive).
