Exciting Job Opportunity: Outpatient Clinic Nurse!

Position: Registered Nurse

Location: Charleston, SC 29418

Pay rate: $42 - 47/hr (Based on experience)

Work Schedule: Day shift. (Mon-Fri); 40 hours weekly

Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Position Type: Direct-Hire - Permanent role with Benefits

Position Overview: As an Outpatient Clinic Nurse, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, conducting thorough health assessments, developing personalized care plans, and coordinating with a vibrant interdisciplinary team. Your role is crucial in ensuring our patients receive top-notch, person-centered care that promotes their health, safety, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine health status and care needs.

  • Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans.

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the team.

  • Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments.

  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.

  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in accordance with nursing ethics and standards.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of nursing experience.

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of SC.

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).

  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Experience in geriatrics, home health, or a similar setting is preferred.
