Position: Behavioral Health Specialist / Social Worker
Locations: Maple Grove, White Bear Lake, Eagan, MN - Potential Hybrid after 90 days
Duration: ASAP - 12/15/2024 (Contract / Temp. to Perm.)
Pay: $45 -55/hr (Based on experience)
Clinic hours: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri; 7 am - 4 pm, Wed 10 am - 7 pm. (No nights, no weekends, no holidays, no on-call schedule)
Summary: Looking for LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or LISCW to provide therapy services for integrated primary care clinical.
Age spectrum 2yr , individual therapy, couples therapy, teen/child therapy.
EPIC experience preferred
2 years of clinical experience is preferred,
New grads are welcome to apply, as long as they have completed all their required supervised hours for their specific license.
Must be licensed in any of the following: LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or LISCW
Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR preferred
Must have a clean background
