The position involves working on various facets of U.S. antitrust laws, including complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, unilateral conduct, cartel investigations, private litigations, and counseling. What you will be doing:

• Navigate complex mergers and acquisitions within the framework of U.S. antitrust laws
• Handle joint ventures and unilateral conduct matters
• Participate in cartel investigations
• Manage private litigations related to antitrust issues
• Provide counseling on antitrust matters

What you must have:

• Mid-level associate with relevant experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. antitrust laws
• Law school transcript required as part of the application
• May be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination unless a valid religious or medical reason for exemption is provided.

Salary/Rate Range: $215,000 to $415,000
