Do you have a knack for sales and dealing with customers? Do you like building relationships and learning new things? Are you Bilingual in English and Spanish? We are seeking an onsite B2B salesperson in an industrial setting to build relationships with our repeat customers.

You will work onsite in Phoenix, and deal with customers coming into purchase products in the construction industry. These customers will be primarily B2B (business-to-business) and many are repeat customers. You will learn about all the products, and keep up to date on new products being introduced. This company is a leader in their industry and has a presence across North America. There will be opportunity for growth and you may have an opportunity to move into outside sales in the future. In this role, there are no commissions, but you will be offered a salary and full benefits.

Requirements:

• Fully Bilingual in English / Spanish - no exceptions. Many of the customers are Spanish speakers.
• Desire to learn sales and grow in the construction products industry
• A BS degree or 2 years of B2B sales experience
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills - a "sales" mindset
