Job Description
- Manage the performance of direct reports by setting goals, providing constructive feedback, training and coaching
- Regularly conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports on improving performance
- Must be able to work independently and in a team
- Monitors time and attendance of direct reports and take necessary steps to maintain high productivity and attendance
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 years of experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading a team (20 ) of diverse team members
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles and Continuous Improvement projects
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP type system
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to confirm on-time demands, anticipate potential issues and provide realistic solutions
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment, heat and cold
