Our client is looking for a highly motivated design/build Senior Project Manager, who is passionate about the construction process, to join their Greater Kansas City area team.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety and proposal preparation.

Qualifications:

BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
8-10 years of proven design/build experience with a general contractor required
Estimation experience required
