As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions while actively supporting our DE&I commitments. Reporting to the Group General Manager People & Culture you will deeply understand the capability requirements of the leaders you support and develop recruitment strategies to acquire key talent, coach leaders on effective assessment methodologies to ensure quality internal and external hires - whilst being passionate about the overall candidate experience and amplifying TEG’s Employee Value Proposition.
