We are looking for a Material Handler to join the Team!

Job Summary:

Process manufactured product for direct shipment to customers, subcontractors and other Tegra Medical facilities. Prepare manufactured product for transfer into inventory, etc.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Package, process and ship customer orders in a timely fashion, focusing on accuracy and quality in accordance with all Tegra Medical work instructions and guidelines.
• Package, process and ship orders to sub-contract suppliers.
• Package orders for intra-company transit.
• Package and label Kanban orders for Finished Goods Inventory.
• Enter all required system transactions as required.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories as directed by department manager.
• Recommend actions to prevent error recurrences.
• Where applicable, maintain part identity, lot/heat, quantity, and integrity.
• Issue components to assembly jobs.
• Assist in Receiving and Inventory as needed.

Level of Skill, Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some material handling / material control experience preferred.
• Must be proficient with Excel and Word.
• Should have good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills and be able to be flexible in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs
