We are seeking a Process Engineer II for our Carey, Ohio Plant.
Lead role in execution of Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) process changes
Devise, manage, and implement continuous improvement projects
Devise, manage, and implement scrap reduction projects
Support of all Engineering documentation including PFMEA, Control Plans, Layouts, Work Instructions, and Document Control
Document approved changes and improvements per IATF procedures
Work as part of a team to achieve annual and quarterly goals
Qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years post-secondary education in engineering, maintenance, or related fields
Minimum three (3) years' experience in manufacturing environment, plastics background preferred
Fanuc Robotics certification
Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing background
Experienced in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Physically capable of lifting approximately 50lbs and working in high-temperature environment
