The successful candidate will have experience as a Project Manager or similar, leading Tenant Improvement (TI)/Commercial Interiors projects and be looking to progress their career within a robust GC. The right candidate will have a desire to grow within the business as well as help mentor other members of the team. Once trained on the company's processes you will be tasked with leading a wide range of projects from Healthcare and Biopharmaceutical, to Hospitality and Retail valued up to $20M in scope.
This is an opportunity for someone experienced in managing commercial construction projects as a General Contractor who has the drive to continue growing professionally, and wants to be a part of a close-knit team that delivers sophisticated work whilst also actively investing in their people.
Base Salary on offer is $90,000 - $130,000 Full Health Benefits paid for by the employer Matching 401k Bonus
