Job Title: IT Infrastructure Project Manager - (Hybrid)

Location: Lansing, MI-- (Local candidates only.)

Work arrangement: Hybrid Role: (2 days onsite from day 1 – Tuesday and Thursday.)

Duration: One year with possible extension.

Project Management Experience- 3-5 years:

• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a basic understanding of IT infrastructure and how the IT components interact via network communications. (Firewall, VIP, F5 Listener, Port, etc.)

• Possess a basic understanding of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, web and virtual/cloud environments.

• Assist in evaluation of technical requirements and propose solutions that meet business objectives while adhering to SOM best practices and industry standards.

• This position provides oversight, leadership, accountability, and project management functions for one or more large size, complex projects.

• The Large sized projects typically have durations longer than 6 months with 20 or more team members, require communication at the Agency Leadership level and have a medium to high risk.

Required Skills

- Experience in IT or related field. Required. 3 - 5 yrs.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Required.

- Certifications: PMP certification. Highly desired.

- Escalate issues and risks as needed to executives and exercise project quality control activities to ensure project scope expectations are met. Required

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
