Position Title: Project Mgr. II
Position Location: Hybrid 2-3x weekly
- Pittsburgh, PA
Areas of need:
- Customer communication (bi lateral comm with customer)
- Major data initiatives (building out a data platform)
- Models to combat fraud loss
- Onboarding of transactions for fraud coverage [addressing and closing gaps]

- Collaboration as a group consistently
- Promote in office days on the same day due to mentorship and connectivity, and develop
Role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing day 1 and frequently followed by those they will be doing as the project/work progresses
- Understand project life cycle initiation to close
- Planning and execution of the assigned initiative
- Understanding project time, budgeting, scope (triple triangle)
- Partnering with stakeholders
- Monitoring reports for quality
- Logging plans into the PM software throughout the enterprise.
Describe the must have technical skills/experience of the position in priority order:
- IT background from a PM standpoint to understand the delivery lifecycle
- SAFe/Agile
- Agile Methodologies
Degrees or certifications for the candidate to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
Years of experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience required.

- PMP
