Senior SAP BI consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6 Months
MOI: MS Teams to start then an in person might be requested if there are any issues with the MS Teams.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Business Intelligence solutions using BI tools like SAP Business Objects, Tableau, SAC
Experience working in distribution and/or manufacturing organizations.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
Experience managing and coordinating with teams across multiple global regions
5-8 years experience in Projects related to large/medium-scale Business Intelligence systems
5-8 years gathering, documenting, and transforming business requirements into technical specifications
Experience with other reporting tools a big plus
Experience in SQL queries
Experience in requirement analysis, gap analysis and preparation of functional and non-functional software requirements
Role Responsibilities:
Be responsible for Design, Development of Reports/Dashboards using SAP Business Objects, Tableau and SAC.
Provision day to day application support for business colleagues.
Identify education, training and process improvements that can benefit wider employee base.
Collaborate with business partners to gain full understanding of business needs, gather requirements, and suggest reporting solutions to support strategic initiatives.
Define new and refine existing solutions using industry best practices for enterprise data management, data integration and data ingestion.
Establish and maintains relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Support and implement governance across all areas of BI including service management, incident and change management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction, playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.
Participate in data security reviews to ensure compliance with security requirements.
Design and develop prototype / solution from high level requirements, identify opportunities for BI to drive business operational efficiency.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, and actively seek out new technologies and methodologies that can improve the way the team works.
Stay current with emerging BI technologies and develop a roadmap for progress.

Develop reports using SAP Business Object (BOBJ) Business Intelligence (BI) suite tools, including Web Intelligence, Tableau Desktop, Power BI, and Online suite, to support supply chain, distribution, production, sales, finance, and executive decision-making processes.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from various departments to understand business needs and establish a comprehensive requirement gathering process for new and modified reports.
Design and develop wireframes, skeletons, and prototypes to accurately convey the gathered requirements.
Create simple and complex reports using SAP BOBJ universes.
Utilize Web Intelligence reporting tool to generate tabular and graphical reports, such as line charts, bar charts, pie charts, and drill-down reports, as per specific requirements.
Leverage Tableau Desktop, Power BI, and online tools to create interactive dashboards with quick, contextual, and global filters, utilizing features like Sales Explorer.
Conduct report validation and quality assurance tasks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting and data analytics.
Develop and maintain end-user training documents, including work instructions and self-help troubleshooting guides, for the BI suite tools.
