· Design Azure APIs to pull/push data from and to DEED’s existing digital products to the Azure MinnesotaWorks.net replacement.

· Implement Azure APIs for the MinnesotaWorks.net replacement solution.

· Set up Azure API Management processes and policies for security, performance optimization and monitoring API usage.

· Configure API gateways.

· Perform performance testing and propose continuous improvement.

· Provide knowledge transfer.

· 3 years’ experience on Azure API management

· Experience with designing API systems and management processes.

· Experience with implementing API management solutions.

· Experience with establishing API policies for security, performance optimization and monitoring API usage.

· Experience with integrating with legacy systems.

Interview Process:

· The State will conduct interviews. Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.

· The State reserves the right to remove a resource from consideration if the resource is unavailable for interview as requested by the State.
