Urgent REQ: SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) Consultant - - Hybrid - Omaha, NE

Hybrid Position - 3 - 4 Days a week for 3 weeks in a Month (Client will Pay the expenses)

Remote After 6 Months

Duration: 3 Years

> Responsibilities:

> Management -

> · Lead and guide several functional sub-teams through all phases of the SAP migration project.

> · Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines.

> · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

> · Partner with the client to ensure outcomes align with their expectations.

> Functional expertise -

> · Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP modules, including but not limited to Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

> · Analyze current business processes and functionalities to identify areas of change/improvement during the migration.

> · Provide expert advice on SAP best practices and ensure the implementation aligns with organizational goals.

> Requirement Analysis -

> · Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

> · Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring alignment with SAP capabilities.

> Cross-workstream support and collaboration -

> · Support major cross-workstreams activities such as: data migration, change management/training, cutover and integrated testing.
