Develops ideas for new systems or process enhancements and oversees the creation and improvement of labor aiding systems to enhance safety, quality and output. This role provides engineering expertise to other departments where required. Aligns the corporate vision and strategy to the daily direction and focus. Executes multiple high impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goals with resource allocation, and project management.
