Tekberry is looking for a highlyqualified and motivated OnSite HR Account Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. You will report to ourSVP where you play a crucial role in supporting HR functions andensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within theorganization.

Responsibilities :

  • HR Administration and EmployeeRelations :
  • Serving as a point ofcontact for employees regarding HRrelated inquiries and concerns.This includes addressing routine questions escalating issues to HRmanagement as needed and fostering positive employeerelations.
  • Monitoring employee attendance andworking with managers to address attendance issues. Trackingattendance records and reporting trends to management foraction.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding :
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires which mayinclude preparing paperwork coordinating orientation sessions andensuring new employees have access to necessary resources.
  • Running reviewing and understandingbackground reports for new hires. Ensuring compliance with legalrequirements and company policies regarding backgroundchecks.
  • Handle administrative tasks related toemployee departures such as conducting exit interviews andprocessing termination paperwork.
  • Audits Compliance andPolicies :
  • Issuing verbal and writtenwarnings when applicable following company policies and procedures.Assisting in investigations and resolution of disciplinary issuesin accordance with company guidelines.
  • Performing client audits to ensure compliance with HRpolicies and procedures. This includes reviewing and updatingpolicies as needed to align with best practices and legalrequirements.
  • Assist with ensuring compliancewith relevant employment laws through distributing policy updatesconducting training on HR policies and procedures and monitoringadherence to regulations and company policies.
  • Complete onboarding and offboarding processes for new anddeparting employees.
  • Coordination with Other Departments :
  • Collaborate with other departments such aspayroll and operations to ensure alignment on HRrelated matters andfacilitate crossfunctional initiatives.
  • Account Coordination
  • Provide daily / weekly reports and support toaccount manager
  • Timekeeping management
  • Ad hocprojects

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferablywithin a human resources department or related field
  • Familiarity with basic human resources principlespractices and employment laws
  • Strongadministrative skills are essential including proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) dataentry filing and recordkeeping.
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills are necessary foreffectively communicating with employees management and externalparties.

This includes the ability to convey information clearlyprofessionally and tactfully.

  • Ability toprioritize tasks manage time efficiently and maintain attention todetail.
  • Ability to identify issues proposesolutions and resolve problems effectively.
  • Acustomer service mindset being approachable responsive andempathetic in helping and support to employees and managers withHRrelated inquiries and requests.
  • Alwaysmaintain confidentiality.
  • A willingness tolearn and adapt to changes in HR practices technology andregulations with a positive attitude.
