Summary of the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Customer Relations Associate for a full time position who will provide both general support to our valued customers. As a key member of our team, you will assist customers with account-related issues and help onboard new clients. Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Resolve account-related inquiries, such as billing discrepancies, transaction disputes, and statement reconciliations.
  • Guide and support new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our payment processing services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation of interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and escalate matters when necessary.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative in finding solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
  • No prior experience in the payment processing industry required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Previous experience in general customer support within any industry is a plus, showcasing a customer-focused mindset and ability to handle inquiries effectively.
