Job Summary:

• A strong support analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience on DocView and document management system.

Experience and Education Required:

• 3-5 Years in DocView and document management system

Process Skills:

• Reduce the manual efforts by automating the recurring tasks using best practices and standards.

• Responsible for Delivering proof of concepts and innovations for customer value add.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience with DocView and document management

• Experience with OpenText APIs

Daily responsibilities include:

 Set up new DocView users from CA Service Desk.

 Provide users with access to DocView reports.

 Setting up DocView users, provide user security access to DocView.

 Resolve Access issues, security issues for DocView:

 Setup reports Indexing, Retention, Moving from test to production.

 Maintain the DocView system.

 Work with Citrix team to resolve user issues with Citrix.

 Work JAVA issues for Content Explorer.

• Understanding of the relationships between business activities and application systems

• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes.

• Ability to work independently while focusing on project details, project delivery, timely delivery, and quality.
