- Working knowledge of Access management, onboarding, and off boarding users.
- Active Directory experience is preferred, including but not limited to: password resets, provisioning group memberships, etc.
- Independently handle application access management.
- Access management experience in the Banking, Mortgage, or Finance industry is preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience in RSA IGL (Identity Governance and Life Cycle) system
- Prefer hands-on experience in administering IAM infrastructure.
- Experience in managing RSA IGL-hosted infrastructure is desirable
- Experience with SailPoint is preferred
- Advanced experience in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of optimal access governance processes and practices
- Ability to communicate with the business to identify requirements or issues and plan for the best resolution.
- Knowledge of Information Security policies, standards, and procedures.
