The role requires substantial PM experience, strong communication skills, and ability to manage senior executives efficiently. They will interact with 15-20 different teams of people; 20-25 Sr executives
Technical skills are less critical compared to operational efficiency and relationship management. They use Salesforce, Oracle, SharePoint, Atlassian Smartsheet. No Salesforce or Oracle is okay
The upcoming project is focused on improving supplier management for Wyndham’s franchisees, involving sensitive contract handling and creating an efficient supplier access system. Experience with similar project is preferred
Industry experience can be finance, hospitality or insurance
Experience managing multiple complex projects with budgets 5 mill
Required Skills
Proficient with developing/executing project plans, status reports, creating/updating project financials, maintaining budget/timeline, ability to independently identify and manage risks/issues to closure
Strong MS Office capabilities (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
Ability to independently create presentations for leadership and walk them through project specifics
Must have excellent written and verbal communication – comfortable being the face to the business
Specialty skillsets such as EBS, Data, Salesforce, Digital, etc.
Minimum 15 years’ experience as a Project Manager in enterprise environment
Experience in the Travel and Hospitality Industries
